I got my copy today, 16 May. I've only given it a quick look so far, but I can say that it is superb and a must for all of us who are very interested in Japanese aircraft. But "Japanese Aircraft Interiors" is the finest there shall ever be, of that subject, and whatever the price of the book, if you are interested, buy it.

It has pages to the German book's Monogram called its German book "Volume 1" but there may be a long wait for Volume 2. In his earlier 'Japanese Cockpit Interiors' (Monogram Close-Up 14 & 15, ) Mikesh identified the same three basic Navy cockpit interior colours as recorded by Thorpe.
